Phoenix Homes is a full service real estate development, consulting and management firm in Boston. Founded in 2017 by Gary Carter who leveraged his experience and passion for real estate development and Historic preservation to create a truly unique and diversified firm.

Founder
Gary Carter
Gary Carter started in the construction industry in 1999; Working with union based marble and stone installation companies as a member of the Allied Craftsmen & Bricklayers Union Local 3. In 2015, he advanced his professional studies by completing all requirements for the Practical Project Management course at the University Of Massachusetts Boston. Subsequently Gary held the position of assistant foreman with Port Morris Tile & Stone and worked at various commercial jobs in and around Boston. For years Gary dreamed of creating his own Real Estate Investing Company but didn't know how it would work. He knew he had to start somewhere so in December 2015, he jumped right in and decided to make his dream a reality. Gary took part in and completed several live and online real estate training courses. In November 2016, Gary earned the prestigious Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE), designation, having completed extensive training in foreclosure avoidance, with a particular emphasis on short sales. In January 2017, Gary became a member of the nation's premier real estate investing education program - FortuneBuilders Mastery. Beyond the principles of sound investing, he was trained on how to build a successful business based on systems and predictability. In June 2017 he joined PHD Homes Project management Team where responsibilities include overseeing multi-family renovation projects from start to finish. In addition to his construction background, Gary has invested a great deal of time, energy and capital investment into his real estate education. Gary founded Phoenix Homes Boston in September 2017. The skills & education he has amassed give Phoenix Homes Boston a solid foundation as a Real Estate Development Company and will help benefit Massachusetts residents & communities.
